Huskies make all sorts of weird noises, but Ramsey here takes the cake.
Huskies aren’t just pretty faces. They’ve also got serious vocal power, with howls rivaled only by their wild, big-pawed cousins. But it takes time and practice and lots of fine tuning to work up to a full-blown howl, and when this video was taken, Ramsey was only eight weeks old. And he definitely has his work cut out for him.
What we have here is a little husky puppy who got into something he shouldn’t have, and hasn’t learned yet that when you’re getting scolded, sometimes it’s best to just sit there and take it (even if you stand by whatever you did). “When we told him to stop eating it, that’s when he started ‘talking,’” explained his owner, Kayla Cagnola. “I guess he was trying to tell us that he was mad at us for not letting him eat the other dog’s food!”
Ramsey, of course, is adorable. Doubly so because he’s throwing a doggie tantrum. But what sets it apart from other doggie tantrums is its almost human-like quality. If a human baby sucked on a helium balloon and started crying, this is pretty much what you’d hear:
“To restart dog, press the green button and hold for 3 seconds,” one viewer wrote.
“This dog has stuff that needs to be said,” another opined.
Kayla took that video in late 2014 when Ramsey, like we said, was just two months old. But two years later, he still hadn’t completely nailed down the whole yodeling thing:
Seriously, there’s never a dull moment with a husky in the house. Share sweet Ramsey’s adorable tantrum today!
